Born on 31 January 1989 in Andijan District. From 1996 to 2004 he attended General Secondary School No. 4 in the district, and from 2004 to 2006 Lyceum-Boarding School No. 11 at Andijan State University. He studied at Andijan State University in 2006–2007 and then, from 2007 to 2012, completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Faculty of Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan.
He began his working life in 2011 at the journal “Sharq yulduzi” (Star of the East), where he served as executive secretary and as editor of the literary studies section. His creative career began at the children’s magazine “Jajji akademik” (Little Academic): he joined it as an editor in 2015 and later became its editor-in-chief. From 2018 to 2020 he was also executive secretary of the magazine “Yoshlik” (Youth).
In 2018 he defended his dissertation “Zamonaviy oʻzbek adabiyotida sintez muammosi (sheʼriyat va rangtasvir sanʼatlari misolida)” (The Problem of Synthesis in Modern Uzbek Literature: Poetry and Painting) and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philology.
In 2024 he defended his dissertation “Mustaqillik davri oʻzbek romanlarida inson konsepsiyasi” (The Concept of the Human in Uzbek Novels of the Independence Period) and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Sciences (DSc) in Philology.
He is a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan. Alongside his work in literary studies, he writes for children.
He is one of the authors of the school textbooks “Ona tili va oʻqish savodxonligi” (Native Language and Reading Literacy) and “Ona tili” (Native Language).
He is currently editor-in-chief of the “Mutolaa” (Reading) project.
More than sixty of his literary-critical and scholarly articles have appeared in the press.
